What is the Southeastern Fastpitch League?

The Southeastern Fastpitch League (SEFL) is the Southeast's regional Member League within The Alliance Fastpitch.

SEFL brings together fastpitch teams and organizations across Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Alabama, and Mississippi. Founded in 2020, SEFL was built to create a stronger fastpitch community across the region through meaningful competition, team and player recognition, league standings, and pathways to national events.

Teams compete within the Alliance's Super or Champions Divisions, depending on their competitive goals. For teams pursuing AFCS qualification, the Super Division provides the pathway to national championship opportunities, including qualifiers like the SEFL Fall Championships.

How Do I Join the SEFL?

Teams in the Southeast can join The Alliance Fastpitch and select SEFL as their regional Member League during registration.

Teams also select their appropriate League Division based on their competitive goals.

The Alliance Fastpitch connects nine regional Member Leagues across the country, including SEFL, to create a unified structure for fastpitch athletes, coaches, and teams.

Tournament Format

The SEFL Fall Championships are built to reward competitive depth from the first game to the last out.

4GG Option

No pool play. Teams enter directly into the SEFL Qualifier bracket on Saturday.

Consolation showcase games are available for teams with fewer than four bracket games.

All teams play on Sunday.

6GG Option

Two Friday warm-up games lead into Saturday's double elimination bracket.

Consolation showcase games are available for teams with fewer than four bracket games.

All teams play on Sunday.
